DETAILS
We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders totaling $150 or more.

All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact vip@neutralsonlyclub.com

Please note, we do not ship on Sundays and/or holidays.

AFTER HOURS
No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-S 9 am-5 pm EST), on Sundays or on holidays

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
If you require overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm PST. If you place an order after 12:00 pm PST, your order will be processed to go out the next business day.

MISSING PACKAGES
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), odor and fragance, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
When returning items for a refund, an $8 restocking fee will be deducted. We offer free return shipping on store credit. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers.
We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
PROSSESSING: Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.
EXCHANGES: We currently offer exchanges on item(s) for a different size. We are unable to provide exchanges for a different color or style.
DAMAGED RETURNS: Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damagedItems without the original tags and packagingGift CardsItems marked FINAL SALEFinal sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: Price adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time savings events.
